Strengths
My squad, 3rd squad, has different strengths depending on their abilities and potential. As a squad leader, my job is to bring unity to the group. Fortunately, I have that capability to bring unity to a group, maybe not as strong as people would want, but enough to get the group working. My squad consists of Yi Shan, Chloe, Michelle, Aemun, and Manpreet, and myself,
Neil Doria. Yi Shan and Chloe, who are planners, are logical and analytical which helps the group analyze problems effortlessly. Michelle and Manpreet, who are relators, are able to connect and sympathize with people, which can help me unite the group. Aemun as another planner is also logical and analytical but her strength is her organization skills, which can help, maintain the group. I, as an adventurer, learn by doing and take chances that can help me push my squad.
Weaknesses
As a team, we have many weaknesses. Yi Shan and Michelle have public speaking as their weakness. This could be overcome by working together as a team and helping them build their skills by encouraging them. Chloe's weakness is leading groups. As a squad leader, I'm supposed to help her lead our squad when I'm out. She is unable to take the initiative and opportunity to lead a group. She could overcome that by being a better leader. She needs to look out for us.
Aemun's weakness is connecting with people. As a squad, we can help her with this by socializing with each other
