Executive Summary:

Wi-Tribe rated number 1 for Quality of Service in the 2010 Pakistan telecommunications authority Annual Report. For making this project we interviewed the sales and finance department members of Wi-Tribe. We also include the mission, objectives of Wi-Tribe. This project consists of a brief introduction of the organization and their background information. Secondly, we have discussed the various products in the product line and the market situation of Wi-tribe. With a refreshed brand, wi-tribe is geared to be a market leader, always bringing innovative offerings and methods to ‘bridge the broadband gap’ as an ‘enabler’ to increase the broadband market by continuously diversifying and simplifying online access. Furthermore we have analyzed how this organization is plans, organized, leads and control the present situation. At the end we have concluded that how this organization improves their efficiency and effectiveness. We also give some suggestions that can be valuable for this organization.
