Good morning teachers and friends,
Today, I like to talk about “why should we awake early in the morning”? a topic given to the primary school students:

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man wise and healthy” is the best answer for the question. Waking early in the morning has the following benefits:
We get enough time to carry out our daily activities. This makes us less stressful. Since in the early morning, the mind is free and alert, studying early in the morning is more effective than late night study. Doing exercises and yoga in the morning improves our health. Morning meal is very very important than other meals. Therefore, we must not skip our breakfast due to lack of time. Over all, less stress and good health implies alert mind and body. So friends, let wake up early in the morning.
