“WHY GOOD EMPLOYEE RESIGNED”
Specific purpose: to inform the audience about the reason why good employee resigned from working Central idea : the reason why good employee resigned from working are the job or workplace was not as expected, have a problem with bosses or supervisor, and feeling devalued and unrecognised. 1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Walking at the city alone to go for shopping
1.2 Meeting a friend at the shopping complex
- At the time, he wants to go for searching the new job because he just resigned from his workplace - He told me about the reason why he resigned from the company his working  1.3 Now I know why the good employee like my friend leave their job 1.4 There are three reasons why good employee leaves their job such as the job or workplace was not as expected based on the detailed the employee give , the employee have a problem with the leader, and the employee feeling devalued and unrecognised in the company.

(Let’s start with the first reason why good employee resigned)

2.1 The job or workplace was not as expected

2.1.1 Employees will find the job based on the companies good profile and challenge -An employee always looks forward to see good company as well good package to grow and satisfy for his future requirements. 2.1.2 Rush to hire new employee

-employers usually will over sell the job and not to talk about the challenge that the company facing 2.1.3 employees feel cheated by employers
-employee will feel disappointed and don’t have a feeling to do the work given

(Now we know the first reason why good employee resigned, let’s look at the next reason)

2.2 Have a problem with employer in the company

2.2.1 loss of trust and confidence with bosses or supervisor -bosses or supervisor don't provide a clear vision and understandable path for execution is at risk. 2.2.2 Too little feedback or coaching.
