Why I Think Dogs are Necessary in a Child’s Life
Someone once said, “Every child should have two things: a dog and parents willing to let them have one.” Dogs make your life full and complete since they are such a joy to have around. They are always by your side no matter what happens, and they are the only things on earth that will love you more than you love yourself. Dogs are necessary in people’s lives; dogs turn frowns upside down and keep you feeling good. I really want a dog because it will teach me responsibilities, keep me mentally happy and fit, and they will be good friends and they are not as bad as you think.
Dogs teach responsibilities that kids need to learn at a young age. The responsibilities will help kids become better people since they will teach them how to care about others. If I get a dog, I will care for them and treat them like the best dog in the world. Some of the responsibilities being that I will walk them every day, feed them and give them water, would make time to play with them and give them attention, give them baths, and pick up their droppings. You might be thinking that these responsibilities are too much for me to handle, but I can manage to accomplish all of these tasks. If I didn’t think I was up to these responsibilities, I would not be begging about getting a dog all the time. I would probably get a pet that doesn’t need much work and maintenance that a dog needs. I would just get a pet fish, but I think that I am mature enough to handle a dog and the responsibilities that come with them. The responsibilities will help me later in life, for when I have kids. You can’t just take a big leap and have kids, you need to take it step by step. Getting a pet that comes with many responsibilities will be one of the steps I need to take. If I take a big leap forward, I will be overwhelmed by how much work I need. The little things that I achieve over time will help me reach the bigger ones in life. Dogs will teach me...
