Why Do We, as a Society, Need a Criminal Justice System?

One   of   the   most   imperative   elements   of   today’s   society   is   the   Criminal   Justice   System.   It   is   widely   known   that   the   compendious   and   adequate   utilisation   of   the   Criminal   Justice   System   powers   is   vital   for   steering   society   towards   ending   violence   throughout   the   world.
The   basic   composition   of   the   Criminal   Justice   System   is   three   components.   These components   are   law   enforcement,   courts   and   corrections.   However,   the   cardinal   act   of   the   Criminal   Justice   System   is   to   avert   and   investigate   crime.
The   key   element   of   a   just   and   neutral   society   is   a strong,   neutral   and   culpable   Criminal   Justice   System .   According   to   Goldsmith,   “the Criminal Justice System has served two purposes. The first is instrumental or utilitarian: the state responds to crime to secure benefits to the wider society such as crime prevention and crime reduction. A second is symbolic or non-utilitarian: the state must redress imbalances caused by those people who take illegal advantage of another or diminish their human dignity.” (Goldsmith,   2006,   pg 266).
The Criminal   Justice   System   is   a   system   that   requires   management   by   different   associations   respectively.   These   associations   are,   also,   the   three   components   that   create   the   Criminal   Justice   System   -   policing,   courts   and   corrections.   Each   component   takes   responsibility   to   promote   and   keep   in   control   of   different   parts   of   the   system   to   set   rules   or   procedures   laid   down   by   the   government   according   to   the   needs   of   society.
