In Today’s workforce, it is face with many changes that has never been before. Organizational fast pace has increase growth and revenue because of globalization. That is why it is ever so important to have an effective appraisal system because with everyone on the same page, this will decrease the chances of miscommunication. An appraisal system will * Give a clear understanding of job descriptions.

* Give a structure on how to evaluate the employees on a periodically basis. * Establishes a communication line that flows up and down, not just “down.” Evaluating the performance of the workers is extremely important to the success of any company because it helps workers to focus on organizational objectives and goals. Implementing an appraisal system will give clear guideline in what is expected from them in relations to personal goals set by the individual and organizational objectives. Adaptation should be mention when we talk about change or process improvement. No change is easy by all means so change should benefit the organization. This means adapting to the alteration of the organization structure to help better fit the survival of the company. It is extremely important to evaluate employees fairly and reward those that deserve it. A fair appraisal system is needed and it is a reason for change.
