Outline

I. Introduction
Are you a Mac or PC? Well I’m a Mac, and today I want to convince you that Apple’s products are the best that’s out there; whether its an iPod, MacBook, a smartphone or tablet. According to the class survey 100% of the class own an Apple product, and 58% own 2 or more. Apple products are notorious for being at the front of popular trends. For numerous reasons Apple products drive people to wait in lines for days before an upcoming launch or stay up late to be among the first to pre-order for the latest and greatest iDevice or mac product. I am one of those crazy Apple fans but I have not always been a fan boy; just a short time ago I was a PC. There are numerous reasons to why I made the switch to apple products; nearly every computing device I own is an apple product. The three main reasons that made me change my lifestyle and to invest into the Apple ecosystem are: First, The ease of use day to day, secondly, Apple stores and finally Apple’s design. 1. The products have to be easy to use
a. According to Walter Isaacson in the biography of Steve Jobs, Jobs was a stickler on this point. i. While industrial design is a critical component of any product Apple makes, if it is not easy to use, it is considered worthless to the consumer. ii. All of the products they create have to be intuitive and easy to understand and learn. iii. As technology has become more intricate and users want more features, the task of keeping things simple is sometimes difficult. b. Apple is the only company where ease of use is more important than the product itself and Apple makes this a critical goal of its approach to creating anything for the market. iv.
