Abstract
Whole Foods management identifies the issues as providing the communities with the best quality products available to the consumers that are natural, organic, and healthy for the body to consume. Their mission is a huge role for success being committed to the communities as the whole foods, people, and the planet as number one on their list in satisfaction. The chief elements being pursued by Whole Foods are the ways the community has a passion for food, quality standards met for the products, and a place for customers to meet with friends and to make new ones while shopping. Whole Foods is being challenged to experiment and try new products to market. The market provides the consumers with locally grown produce from local farmers and biodegradable cleanersfarmers, biodegradable cleaners, and body products for health care reasons.
Whole Foods Market has overcome any and allall downfalls over the past years to be one of the top selling markets for natural and organic products sold to the millions of consumers who purchase their products in stores, online, and internationally. Financially the Whole Foods Market has done quite well during this slump in the job market with all of the lay-offs and lost jobs in the United States. Whole Foods will do great in building new stores for the purpose of hiring individuals who have lost their jobs because of the recession.
