White Poison

How much do we know about this substance that is mainly part of our everyday well balanced meals? So does milk do the body good or harm? Medical research shows that we (Americans) are likely to be plagued by anemia, migraines, bloating, gas, indigestion, asthma, prostate cancer, and a host of potentially fatal allergies especially if we are a person of color.

As declared by the government who ignores all of this, states that milk is essential to good health. The government subsizes the milk industry to the tune of billions of dollars. The government also require milk in the public school breakfast/lunch programs.

There are celebrity shills sporting the milk mustaches. Milk is rich in proteins, calcium, and vitamins - and very cool to boot. The government forgot to tell you about the dangers lurking in that innocuous-looking glass of white. Once critized only by naturopaths and vegans how the health effects of milk is being decried by mainstream doctors. The supposedly hip hop mustache is actually a creamy layer of mucus, live bacteria, and pus.

Frank Oski, M.D., the former chairman of pediatrics at John Hopkins University wrote a book titled “Don’t Drink Your Milk”. He blames every second health problem kids suffer on hormone ridden commercial milk. Sixty percent of ear infections in kids under six years of age ismilk-induced. According to the American Association of Pediatrics, milk consumption is the number one cause of iron-deficiency anemia in infants.
