There are many things that I would do if I had a million dollars.

The first and most important thing that I would do if I had a million dollars would be to put enough money in the bank for my children’s education. I will make sure that my children will graduate from college debt free, just as my parents have done for me. Education is the best gift of all, and I, as a parent, am honored to help give that to my child.

The second thing that I would do with a million dollars is to give my parents a large share so that they could retire and have enough money to live comfortably. The reason that I would do this is because my parents are such wonderful people. They have gone to such extremes to help me. I appreciate everything they have done for me and I feel that I could never repay them for all the help and love they have given to me - it is priceless. In addition, my father owns his own business and has helped and assisted so many individuals. I have watched my father do without so that others will be happy and content. I have watched my father struggle. However, I have never seen him give up. He keeps going with a positive outlook. To me, my father is a hero.

Next, I would donate a portion of the million dollars to charities. The first charity would be for terminally ill children and the other charity would be for homeless animals. Being able to give such a donation would be a great emotional reward for me.

Then, the next thing that I would do with a million dollars is something that I have always wanted to do (and will do when I graduate from college and start a job, even if I don’t have a million dollars). At Christmas time, I would like to get the names and ages of a few children in the area that will not be fortunate enough to have much of a Christmas.
