What You Look for in a Leader

A Strong business Leader

When you look for a leader there are qualities that your leader must have. A person who doesn't give up on their dream and has the ability to influence the people they work with to achieve a goal. The person who I feel is a good business leader is and has changed the way not only America people but the world is Walt Disney. Walt Disney was born December 5, 1901 in Hermosa Illinois. He began drawing, painting and selling his pictures to his neighbors and family friends. Walt Disney dropped out of high school and tried to join the army but the army didn't not take him because he was just only 16 years old. He joined the American red cross where they sent him to France to drive an ambulance for a year. When Walt Disney came back from franc he landed his first job a cutout animations this is where he begin working with a camera and he begin doing hand cel animation. Walt Disney decide to open his first business in Kansas city where he made a deal with a local theater to screen their cartoon that was so popular he was able to open his own studio. In 1923 Walt Disney business was in so much debt Walt Disney had no other choice but to declare bankruptcy. Walt Disney and his brother Roy decided to try their luck in Hollywood California where they were determined to make it. Roy and Walt opened a new studio they called it Disney brothers. Walt ran into trouble he found out the person he had hired stole the right to the cartoon that he was working on but this didn't not stop Walt. In 1929 Walt created a new character called Mickey mouse which he was the voice this cartoon was a hit and had put Walt Disney on the map. Walt Disney crested the first cartoon in color called flowers and trees this cartoon was Walt first cartoon to win an Oscar award. He created another cartoon that changed America during the great depression called the three little pigs and it's title songs who afraid of the big bad wolf. The theme song became the country...
