Human resource management defines the managing of people directly between the employee and the employer within the organization to effectively use of people in achieving the strategic business goal for the organization and satisfaction of individual needs of the employee. The role of human resource management is to improve the productively contribution of the people within the organization. (Raymond J.Stone ,2008:3)

Human resource management strategic is to ensure right amount of employee with different appropriate skill are cater to meet the current and future growth of the organization. (Fred Lin,2010,13)

It is also responsible for the recruitment of new employee, management of human relationship and the providing the direction for the employee within the organization. Some of the problems/issue related to the people within the organization which the human resource management will need to deals with will include compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training. For instant the human resource management will need to have a process to recruit employee through job analysis to determine if the particular person is suitable for the job. Human resource management will need to continue to monitor the performance of the employee once they are recruited and provide the necessary training for them. Human resource management will need to finds way to keep those productive employee motivated so that they could continue to contribute in the organization.
