For instant the human resource management will need to have a process to recruit employee through job analysis to determine if the particular person is suitable for the job. Human resource management will need to continue to monitor the performance of the employee once they are recruited and provide the necessary training for them. Human resource management will need to finds way to keep those productive employee motivated so that they could continue to contribute in the organization.
