MISSION STATEMENT____________________________________
IDA Hollywood Dance Programs provide a comprehensive education in traditional and contemporary forms of dance in order to prepare students for a career in today’s dance industry. IDA strives to provide comprehensive instruction, modern facilities, and additional resources aimed at inspiring student artistry and professional development.

IDA offers the following programs of study:

Information in this catalog is accurate as of the date of printing. IDA Hollywood reserves the right to revise or cancel the programs, courses, activities, or services described herein without prior notice. Applicants are advised to confirm their availability prior to enrolling.

No Guarantee of Employment
IDA Hollywood offers no guarantee of employment as the result of enrolling in, attending, or completing any IDA program.

ADMISSIONS___________________________________________
Eligibility
IDA Hollywood accepts dancers at all levels of aptitude and experience. There are no specific academic entrance requirements for IDA Hollywood Dance Programs. Each applicant is individually reviewed, taking into account his/her experience, previous achievements, aptitude and potential for growth.

How to Apply
Please submit the following items by mail or in person:
* Completed application form
* $150 application fee (non-refundable)
* Copy of your driver’s license, State ID, or passport

Application Review and Notification
Class sizes are limited and placement priority is given to applications in the order accepted. Fully completed applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or non-acceptance by mail or telephone.

Tuition Deposit
Upon acceptance to all dance programs, admitted students are required to submit a $300 deposit. Enrollment is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. Students who provide written notice of their intent to cancel enrollment up to two weeks prior to the first day of classes are eligible for a full refund of their tuition deposit. Students who provide written notice of their intent to cancel less than two weeks prior to the first day of classes are eligible to receive a refund equal to 85% of their tuition deposit.

Scheduling/Registration/Orientation
IDA Hollywood students are expected to arrive one week prior to the start of classes for registration and scheduling. Exceptions may be made for students traveling from out of the country, with a minimum of two weeks advance notice. Students are also expected to attend a mandatory Orientation meeting on the first day of classes.
