What is the effect of smoking cigarettes on a heavy pulse?
Smoking cigarettes,the effect it has on your health,pulse and lung disease and what are the differences between a smoker and a nonsmoker. The difference between a lung that doesn’t smoke cigarettes and one that does, from the tar coated lungs to demonished breathing capacity, smokers face more health concerns than those who stay away from the addictive practice of smoking cigarettes.constant irritation from tar overtime induces the breathing disease known as emphysema,which causes diminished lung capacity and difficult breathing, a condition very rare for nonsmokers. With in 20 minutes of smoking a cigarette the smokers heart rate will set back and so will the blood pressure. Smokers have a higher chance of elevated blood pressore than nonsmokers, a physical effect that can lead to various disorders, for example heart disease.The inhaled smoke contains many harmful poisonous substances besides tar such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen cyanide, heavy metals, and free radicals, each of these damages the body as well as the lungs.Tar is stickey and brown, containing many chemicals known to be carcinogenic, including benzopyreme.Wich stains teeth, fingernails and lung tissue.These problems do not occure to non cigarette smokers. Smoking cigarettes is so compelling because of the effects of nicotine. A stimulant,nicotine causes a temporary increase in alertnss and a calm feeling.And it can be incredibly addictive.Some studies have found nicotine to be more highly addictive than cocaine or heroine.Additionally,it suppresses the appetite and smokers tend to keep weight off.
