What Are Irrartional Numbers

jOnce upon a time there was a fair maiden named Katalina. She was one of the prettiest girls in town with her long wavy blonde hair and deep green eyes. But she had one big problem. When she was born her dad owed a massive amount of money to Pixie Petunia who was assigned to give her, her birthday gift. Instead of a gift Katalina received the fateful curse of honesty. Now to some of you readers, this doesn’t seem too bad but Katalina was downright blunt. She could never keep her opinionated mouth shut. She was always giving people a piece of her mind. Even at King Howard Pumper – Nickel’s funeral she spoke her mind.
At just five years old, in the silence of the King’s funeral, she exclaimed “Why are you all crying? He wasn’t that great anyways. All he did was sit on his big fat bum all day and eat doughnuts. No wonder he died of a heart failure, I bet he died the same day the kingdom had a doughnut shortage!” From that day forward Katalina was known as “the obnoxious little girl with the big mouth.” Katalina was never able to get rid of her notorious reputation.
While growing up she was very lonely and she only ever had a handful of friends. To this day she was still a loaner, and she worked in the Pumper-Nickel clothing factory.
“Ding, Dong,” chimed the bell signifying the end of the day at the Clothing Factory. Katalina sighed with relief as another meaningless day was over. She was the label-sticker girl who sewed the labels on all the clothes. Her job was extremely repetitive and insanely boring, but she had to make a living somehow.
As Katalina trotted out of the factory she heard the squeals and giggles of her fellow co-workers. They were all standing around the notification board.
“What’s going on?” Katalina asked.
“Only the most amazing thing ever!” wailed one girl. “Prince Edward Pumper-Nickel is having a contest to see which lady is most eligible to become his wife!”
