Westpoint Financial

Westpoint Financial Group is a comprehensive financial services firm. They are the Indiana office for a company called Mass Mutual. Westpoint Financial offers clients financial services, life insurance, and retirement services. The position that Westpoint Financial is offering is Financial Advisor. Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, active listening, gathering facts, analyzing total needs and making responsible financial recommendations (ie: life insurance, annuities, mutual funds, long term care, disability, college and retirement planning), and expanding personal knowledge and skills through joint work with fellow associates.

Westpoint Financial seems to be a good fit for me and what I want to achieve with my career. The reason I believe that it would be a good fit is because I enjoy helping people, which is a requirement of the job, and I have a good sales background. Westpoint Financial seems to be an exciting company to work for as well. They have been voted “One of the Best Places to work in Indiana” for four straight years by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. Also, other employees seem to enjoy their job quite a bit according to reviews made on glassdoor.com.

Westpoint Financial Group is unique from other financial groups because they take a genuine interest in their employees and clients. The hours are extremely reasonable and flexible for employees and clients get top-notch customer service as well as an experienced sales staff. Clients also get knowledgeable professionals to help them with their financial decisions.

Westpoint is already a well-established financial group. I feel like I could bring them a well-established salesperson, who has experience with financing and sales already. I can also bring my educational background and computer knowledge to help with financial advice for clients and potential clients. If I were given a chance to ask three...
