The important information I felt in Chapter 7 was that these days many people have sedentary lifestyles. Machines carry out all the work so that makes people less active and more lazy. This increases a variety of risks to our health so government and institutions are helping out individuals increase the amount of physical activity in their lives. Physical activity is any kind of movement like household chores, work related tasks or performance based activities. It is measured as calories of energy expenditure per minutes, metabolic equivalents and physical activity level. Moderate level activities are good enough to have a healthy lifestyle. They recommend walking briskly for 30 minutes most days of the week.
Physical activity has six components, motivation, cardiorespiratory fitness, body strength, endurance, flexibility and body composition. If we really want to be physically active we have to follow guidelines into our lives such as goal setting, developing and carrying out a plan and tracking and evaluating progress. Along with sports and activities there is a good chance of us getting injured. We have to be aware of such incidents to make sure we know what to do. The most common type of sports injury is exercising a body part or the entire body beyond its biological limit to the point of injury. Common injuries include strain, tendonitis, bursitis, sprain and blisters.

People have become very weight conscious these days. Everyone wants to look perfect, live long and happy but it depends on how we live and how we treat our body. We have to know the best way to keep fit and healthy. Some do it the right way while others take it way overboard by harming their bodies in the long run. The purpose of my essay is to compare the health benefits of weight lost in these two ways.
Exercising is the best option to lose weight in the right way. This would include walking, running, aerobics or weight
