If my relative was to stand up and talk about my five most significant strengths that contributed to my successful graduation, he would mention the following:

Dedication - He would say it takes a lot of dedication to work 60 hours a week at one job, 8 to 16 hours on the weekends working with my home business, traveling 10 to 14 days a month with my various union and civic positions, and then finding the time study, participate with discussion questions 4 to 5 days a week, and turn in assignments and projects for passing grades in order to receive your degree with an online university.

Communication Skills - He would also say that I communicate with written and spoken words very well, and always take the time to make sure my audience understands what I’m trying to say.   I try to use the proper tone, voice and person when I communicate information, and try to use proper tact and delivery methods when the news is not good.   I always try to the skills I was taught to my best advantage.

Organization Skills – My relative would mention there is no way anyone could succeed with the amount of commitments and projects that I complete each week without excellent organizational skills.   The ability to balance work, school and family is one of my stronger strengths, and something that was learned in the military, and applied in everything I do.

Hard Work – I’m sure my relative would mention this one.   I’ve always been known for my hard work and work ethic.   There isn’t a way to succeed and to reach any of the goals I’ve set without hard work.   I never quit, I never give up, and I just find a way to get things done.   Working late nights, early mornings, and using lunch times and breaks to get the most time available to accomplish these goals.
