This club is full of young business individuals constantly on their cell phones, PDA's, iPads or laptop computers. The customer's technology allowance is what will invite and lure the customers to settle in the establishment. Therefore, the club should offer a number of computer stations for customer use it will present a twist of a standard coffee shop. Knowing that they can come do work or check e-mails will offer an environment to do two things at once, socialize, and work. Allowing this can have it downside as well, signage stating that the customers cannot bring any food or beverage near computers may pose as a problem. However, the individuals in this atmosphere are not coming out to drink endlessly and become belligerent therefore obeying simple rules should be a given. Another idea the club should consider is to purchase a few different types of chargers for laptops and cell phones, as an added convenience to the clientele. They offer charging stations at airports as a life saver to anyone in need of this service.
Currently the only way for customers to purchase tickets and merchandise is through their phones or to come directly into the club. This should be in addition to our Club IT website. As discussed in our interview, these clients make most purchases online therefore they should offer the option for ticket purchasing online will generate more ticket sales for the club and more clientele.
