Did your personality spectrum profile and competency results surprise you? Why or why not?

Yes, the personality spectrum profile and competency results did surprise me in some ways. With my personality spectrum profile I never really was a social person but I guess with the career field that I want to go in I have to be more social. A lot of the strengths on the competency results were right on but one I was surprised about was being organized.

· How can you alter your study techniques to take advantage of your particular abilities and competencies as determined by these activities?

I feel that I can alter a lot of things to improve. I can become much more organized to become a better studier. Double checking my result something that I rarely do will all so be helpful.

· How can knowing your abilities and competencies from the My Career Plan help you prepare for professional environments?

Knowing my abilities and competencies from my career plan can help me prepare for professional environment so I can know what I need to work on. Looking at my strengths following instructions, coping with pressure, organizing, goal focus, delivering results, and strategizing. From there I look at my weaknesses and see what I need to work on.

How would you approach collaborative work in the future given what you now understand about your competencies and abilities?

I would approach things with my way of learning if needed by asks questions. Using all my abilities at all time to maximize my chances of doing what I’m trying to achieve.

The relationship between the competencies identified and the personality spectrum profile both identify that I’m organized and responsible. My sense of organization is low but I do have a medium level of organization. I have always been very responsible...
