Watchmen Claims
1. After Dr. Jon Osterman’s accident, when he transforms into Dr. Manhattan, his character is nude for pretty much the whole comic. The reason Dr. Manhattan has an exotic skin color and prefers to be nude for the whole comic book is because he feels a sense of individuality, in which, he is the chooser of what he has transformed into. Rorschach does this because he has a load of psychological issues going on in his head and the type of life style he went through during his childhood. As a child, Rorschach had to deal with tough life changes. One time, at night, he woke up to hear loud noises coming from his mother’s bedroom. Being curious, he quietly walked down the hall, opened the door to his mother’s room, and there she was; having sex with a bum. As punishment, his mother pulled him towards her and slapped him across the face hard. With how he acts around different people, one would expect him to be the bad guy in the story....
