Wal-Mart organizational structure is a strict masterpiece of detailed task and reporting. This allows Wal-Mart motivate, control, and coordinate employees to achieved one common goal. Wal-Mart has up to eight basic organizational structure types. Wal-Mart has a distinctive way of pulling the components into one structured outline to expose the necessary relationships. The composer helps the structure for Wal-Mart management look for the most effective way to classify departments. The coordinating of relationships to achieve the high standards helps to implement a solution. Wal-Mart is constructed into a three (3) product divisional structure (The Organizational Structure of Wal-Mart, 2012). Wal-Mart is one of the successful world retailers business that yields to about 20% overall business income. Wal-Mart is also responsible for different types of divisional structure and approach with advantages. Each division is open to focus on the efforts of specific goals. Wal-Mart goals consist of excellent customer service, products, and services. This focus helps Wal-Mart to achieve effectively and allows them to isolate specific areas that need change to adjust appropriately. Wal-Mart is praised with a challenge in analyzing as being the world's largest retailer. The sociological impact of Wal-Mart has a business model and organizational structure. Both impact the labor relations and working conditions in the global supply chain. The effectiveness of community mobilizations against Wal-Mart with the growth linked to the emergence of buyer-driven commodity chains in the global economy. Wal-Mart values the public sociology agenda that embraces the incorporation of new media and audiences.
