Q: Sir, I request you to help me out on my problems! I am 41 years old lady & have normal hairs. In my teenage & 20”s I had black ,shiny, silky, voluminous longer than waist length hairs cause at that at that time I used eggs on my hairs but unfortunately after marriage due to family customs I was compelled to stop using eggs, since then my hairs faced a very hard period for first 4 to 6 months they falled like anything and there after they have Lost there volume the growth is very poor i.e it seems that they do not grow at all cause since last 10 years the length is just stable & too smaller than earlier. presently I am using Himalaya herbals anti dandruff shampoo once in 5 to 6 days, a herbal oil 2to3 times a month, boutique hair tonic once a week. I can not afford highly expensive products. piz sir just provide me with your valuable advice to bring back my lost glamour. THANKFULLY MANJU 

A: Dandruff, nutritional deficiencies, stress, etc., can also be the cause of hair loss. Please check if you have dandruff. You should wash your hair with a mild herbal shampoo at least twice a week. Have hot oil treatment once a week. Heat pure coconut oil and apply on the scalp without massage. Leave on overnight. Next morning, apply the juice of a lemon on the scalp and wash your hair after half an hour. You can try using Shatone hair tonic daily. It is to be applied at night on the scalp, using cotton wool.
