      As I reflect on myself I recognize that there are many areas in my life that need improvements.   I know firsthand that it is hard to adapt to change and implement new lifestyle options.   I know that these changes are necessary for me to be the best that I can be.   If I apply the changes I can reach my fullest potential.
      Time management is a major downfall for me.   As manager I tend to manage everything and everyone else, but I can barely manage my own actions.   I am often late to many activities at church and at work.
      I also need to work on getting more prayer time and spending time with God.   This area of my life can be tweaked if I plan ahead and not do things in a rush.
      I would like to work in effort to improve on my eating habits.   I usually eat more than I should in one meal setting or not at all.   I also tend to eat on the go and eat whatever I can get that is quick.
      My motivation comes when I spend time with my family.   They are a very important part of my life.   Singing with my church choir rehearsal on Thursday and attending Chapel on Sundays bring me a lot of joy.   I enjoy singing with the choir and participating in the drama ministries.   I also enjoy the work that I do as a Chief Information Officer.   I am however dissatisfied with my current work environment and job location.   I have applied for a job at another location in a different state.
      My greatest strengths are my ability to work through issues and lead people.   I am very personable and have the ability to nurture and motivate those that work with me.   I also have a wealth of knowledge regarding my organization’s IT infrastructure and other technological solutions.
