Virgin Atlantic provides three different class services on its long distance flights and also offers a new cargo service transporting large goods. Upper Class
Virgin Atlantic’s upper class is available across their 747-400, A340-600 and A340-300 fleet of aircraft. Upper class features a ‘luxurious’ leather arm chair that folds over into a bed, a ‘Freedom’ menu service that allows the passenger to order a variety of meals anytime they want during the flight. The upper class suite also features an on board bar, in-flight massage, state of the art entertainment system, arrival facilities (dedicated check-in, shower rooms, valet service) and much more.

Premium Economy
Premium economy was designed for the budget traveller than still wanted extra space and comfort on their journeys. It offers bigger seats, more leg room, adjustable headrest, greater recline of seats as well as many other facilities. Economy

Economy class is aimed at the budget flyer. If offers contoured, space saving seats that offer the maximum amount of leg room available. You also get free drinks, a choice of three meals, in flight entertainment, plus much more extras that are now as standard on most long distance airlines. Cargo

Virgin Atlantic cargo is a new service offered by Virgin to their customers and offers their customers assurance of cargo shipping across the Atlantic. The core product of all of Virgin Atlantics services is the benefit of being able to get from one place to another. The actual product is your seat with all the extras (e.g. massage, food, entertainment) on a plane that assures you of getting to your destination. Virgin also offers augmented services to its customers before and after its flights that include; chauffeur car service, trains to the airport, hotel bookings.
