1. INTRODUCTION

This days our life is modernize by the computers and some high-technology. Particularly in other video rental shop is done it manually. We all know that computerizing the daily transaction, is more easily and for faster work in a rental shop. We hope that we develop online website that will lesser the paper and manual records. A system that is fully computerized, user-friendly, time efficient and well organized system. We plan to introduced to the online users, that will provide all about the information the products and service. This video rental system project will help the video stores to make their business more efficient in terms of sales.

The video rental industry is an ever evolving industry that changes with the economy, Evolution of culture and technology and visible in the business, the clients must be willing to evolve. The aid of the computer and a system that is fully computerized user-friendly, Time efficient and well organized, is indeed very useful in realizing this quest. And also the video rental industry is popular in the business, because of the most watch movies and videos in the country, that people love it most.

1. Background of the company

Our company starts in renting, some CDs, DVDs, and VHS for rent. We started in the business in the late 90s, as we go on in our growing video rental business called the “X.Y.Z. Company”. The business was started the client did not account for such rapid growth in the market place. As a result in our problem, the existing software will not scale of perform to the expectations of the business needs.
