Abstract
Values are very important to me and are used often in my life. Values are the personality of adaptation that guide a person to choose which situations they should go into and what they should do when in the situation, and in life we are all faced with different situations. Values are also a have powerful influence on our attitudes and our behaviors. Some values that I include in my life are cooperation, responsibility, creativity, involvement, and helpfulness. Values are subdivided into instrumental values and terminal ones. Instrumental values are values that a person strives to achieve, and terminal ones are modes of behaviors used day to day. Both instrumental values and terminal ones are used at Kudler Fine Foods. In this paper I will identify my values, how my values align with the values of Kudler Fine Foods, and I will show how this would affect my performance if I were a manager at Kudler Fine Foods.
