Values of Intuitive Minds
Values are important for the well being of the company and how the company is portrayed by the public.   The idea of a company value is one of the easiest concepts to learn, but can be the hardest company asset to implement.   This essay explores my values as taken from the Williams Institute Ethics Awareness Inventory Assessment and the core values of Kudler Fine Foods.   This essay is designed to show how my values would change the overall performance of Kudler Fine Foods if I were manger in charge.  
After taking the Williams Institute Ethics Awareness Inventory Assessment, I found my values lie within the future of the company and not necessarily in this moment.   What I mean to say is that my obligations may not directly improve my overall paycheck, but are designed to increase the level of sales for the company as it moves into the future.   The downfall to this type of action may result in my loss of promotion or termination.   The problem is that people should have a moral obligation to do what is right and leave little room for compromise when confronted with ethical decision making.   When people feel the need to question whether or not they are being morally responsible to other citizens within a country or workplace, we find trust ceases to exist for future relationships.   As stated in Yukl (2006), some of the resistance to change is a lack of trust (Yukl, 2006).   This trust that should be getting stronger will tear companies and its employees apart as ethical issues arise.   As I look forward into positions that require my knowledge and leadership, I will continue to always plan for the future, but most importantly, I will plan for today.   Communication is moving faster and further than ever before and with precise execution of ideas and wonderfully implemented strategic plans, the future company I manage will have the success in its dealings with adversity and chaos.
