Before attaching the device to a computer make sure the operating system has Windows XP or Windows Vista, and the Windows Media player used is version 10 or 11. This will ensure proper function of the unit.

The device’s battery can be recharged by connecting the device to a computer that is running. This can be done by connecting the USB cable to the device and the computer.
