Introduction
USA World Bank (UWB) is an important bank that operates internationally and within the family atmosphere. UWB consumers range from large consumers and small business. The objective for this organization is to increase profits by developing new products. Thus far, the new products have been successful only in the United States.
Currently, UWB has proposed a credit card that allow consumer a chance earn reward points for using the card. However, recent analysis indicates misleading data. The research-consulting firm used focus groups to determine the faith of the credit card. Further results reflected the sample size was not representative which indicated large random error.
The goal of this paper is to outline solution for USA World Bank (UWB) organization. The solution set forth for UWB is to properly manage research, use tools of data analysis, identify validity and reliability data, and develop manager-research relationships.

Issue and Opportunity Identification
Issues at UWB involve developing a consumer credit card that will increase its market shares and consumer relationships. However, senior management presents unfamiliar knowledge about statistics. In addition, management is unable to support strategic decisions. This company depends solely on an outside company for consumer and statistical information. Further, the lack of communication, professional working relationship, and trust is absent among the senior management team.
Opportunities within UWB Corporation are to initiate and maintain a relationship with Bea Hansen, the statistic instructor.
