IV. STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:
“Why is the UNIWIDE- COASTAL MALL not commercialize ?” It is the problem that this case was trying to understand and put a solution too. And why does this mall continuously fall down, even the mob stops to visit and patronize the place? And because of that, the mall can’t establish the sales that they need in order for them to promote their business. V. S.W.O.T. ANALYSIS:

* Renovate the whole Establishment
* Improve the management by the means of recruiting new creative and talented employee * Create more Advertisement to promote the malls

VII. RECOMMENDATION:
ACT I
In order for the company to attract new and more customer even those who seeks for job opportunity, the management must renovate their facilities to make the customer, specially the people who passes by the area, what are the changes and opportunity that awaits them. ACT 2

And when the innovation of the mall takes place, they must also hire the brains of the new management that will gives new creative ideas that will improve not just the facilities but also the sales of the mall. ACT 3
