Phase I Admission Management System Examination Management System Assessment Management System Result Management System Result Announcement System Learning Management System (LMS) Grievances Management System Communication System (Mail, SMS, Virtual Class, Virtual Meeting) Self Help Information Kiosk- A Touch Screen System Phase: II Document Management System Online File Tracking System Digitalization Document System (Student Database Creation) (Admission form, Answer sheet, SC/ST Scholarship and Other) Online Recruitment Management System Establishment Management System Security Management System Phase III Payroll Management System Online Monthly Expenditure Statement Financial Accounting Management System Purchase Management System Inventory Management System Warehouse Management System
Eligibility Criteria
i. The bidder must be a Company registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 and who have their registered offices in India and should have been in existence for a period of at least 07 years as on 31st March 2013. The bidder must have a valid Service Tax and VAT Registration in India.
The bidder/firm must possess the requisite experience, strength and capabilities for providing the services necessary to meet the requirements, as described in the EOI document. The Bidder/firm Software Company shall have experience in education field preferably in the Open Distance learning system. The average turnover of the bidder/firm in the field of Software Development and IT related activities shall not be less than Rs. 5 crore. Summary of average annual
