I. Introduction
a. My research paper will cover leadership and the skills needed to be a successful leader. b. The leader in my field that I choose is Mr. Gary P. Martin, who is currently serving as the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Deputy to the Commanding General. c. The purpose of this paper is to identify the leadership skills and what traits my leader has for success. d. III. My leader is Mr. Gary P. Martin
a. The reason I choose the leader that I did is because he, like me, has served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. Martin works with the commander in the development and execution of organizational goals, objectives, and policies aimed at providing world-class, integrated Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions to the Soldier.
