Unit 33
1.1 Diversity: differences between individuals and groups eg culture, nationality, ability, ethnic origin, gender, age, religion, beliefs, sexual orientation, social class. Diversity refers to a society made up of people with a wide range of characteristics and background we are all different in away our gender culture we flow our nationality our ethnic origin , age, religion, belief and the way we look our social calls so diversity highlight the difference that exists between human beings It also comprises of the family structure we live in the sexual orientation we fllow,the appearance of people and also the disabilities.

Equality: promotion of individual rights; giving choice and opportunity; respect and fairness; services in response to individual need There for diversity equality is on attempt to promote the aspect of equality of opportunity for every individual rights it works to words giving everybody from this diverse society a fair choice and opportunity as well as taking much care to show respect and respond to the individual needs of each and every being. Inclusion: individuals at the centre of planning and support; valuing diversity Inclusion is the process of identifying understanding and breaking dawn barriers to participation and belonging in order to promote acceptance of each and every individual who represent the diverse culture. Research the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, read and understand how these are implemented in your setting. There are altogether 54 articles of the UNCRC, the first 42, sets out how children should be treated and the last 12 are about how the adult and government should work together to make sure all children are entitled to their rights. In 1989 governments worldwide promised all children the same right by adopting the UN convention on the Rights of the child (CRC). This rights are based on what c child needs to survive, grow, participate and fulfil their potential. Human right are founded on respect for the dignity and worth of each individual, regardless of race, gender,language,religun, opinion, wealth or ability and therefore apply to every human being everywhere. The convention recognises the human right of children, defined as person Ander age of 18 it is the only international human right treaty which includes civil, political, economic, social and culture right. It sets in out in detail what every child needs to for save, happy and fulfilled childhood. By agreeing to undertake the obligation of the convention(by retying or accenting to it),national governments have committed themselves to protecting and ensuring children’s rights and they have agreed hold themselves accountable for this commitment before the international community.
