1. Introduction

Unhealthy lifestyles are becoming even more popular today than they were before.

Common unhealthy lifestyles include smoking, sleeping so late, eating unhealthy foodstuffs, spending so much time in front of the TV or computer, and more.

Sure, these things can spell fun and entertainment but what about your health? Isn't it far more important than anything else? Without good health, it would be absolutely impossible to do the things you love to do.
So today im going to discuss some of the unhealthy habits and their side effects.. and how can we replace these unhealthy habits to healthy habits.

Here we discus some most common disease and other side effects caused by fast food.

Obesity
Obesity means having too much body fat.
Fast food is high in calories and sugar that contribute to increased-weight gain. Even small amount of fast food can increase your calorie.

Heart Disease
Fast foods create a much higher risk of heart disease because of the high level of trans fats found in much of the food. Those fats can over time, contribute to high cholesterol levels.

Stress It also increases the level of stress. It has been observed that a rich fat meal can increase your stress level and make you at a greater level of stress in comparison to those who have a low fat meal.

Most of the people know the side effects of the unhealthy food! So why they still choose it ?

3. Why?

Busy schedules
People opt for faster, easier options. Whole foods such as vegetables and meat take time and kitchen equipment to cook properly, while fast food hamburgers usually served within minutes of ordering. Over time, that becomes a habit

The Taste

4. Solutions:
The fight against this kind of food is hard, but it can be won – and government and corporate policies can help

For example, having healthy choices available in school lunches can help children
