1.3 Explain the purpose of keeping an electronic message system up to date.

The purpose of keeping an electronic message system up to date is that we know which messages we dealt with also to avoid miscommunication. It also allows you to have more clear view at other messages.
For example every day when I’m coming to work I’m checking my emails and as soon as I reply or finish reading and it’s not important I will remove it from my inbox so it is free from unwanted messages.

To delete or discard messages in my case (Gmail account) I need to left click the square box in the same line as a message I want to delete, then I need to left click icon with a picture of bin and after that chosen message will be put in “bin” folder. To remove message from bin I can either chose one message or all messages which I want to delete. If I want to remove one message then I need to left click on the square box and after that I need to click icon “Delete forever”. If I want to remove all messages from my bin I need to left click square box on top of the screen, which will then tick all messages. After that I need to click “Delete forever” icon and that will remove all my messages from the bin folder.
