Which website is preferable in finding a job? The following research provides information about two job websites: Caremag and
Wisconsin Job Center. This research will help determine which site is better developed and formatted, as well as availability positions in field of Child Care Service . The first site, Careermag, proved to be very informative, as well as user friendly. One big advantage is that it does not requires first log into the site. Careermag also offers many positions to all applicants regardless of level of education. With creating an account the applicant has the option to create his or her own personal portfolio. Another option offers to the account holder the opportunity to receive notifications regarding any recent posting. Careermag offers to its user career resources such as: the salary center, resume writing and articles that help an individual prepare for the next phase of his or her career.
Furthermore, this site tries make job seekers` day brighter with career humor in an effort to support the spirit of the job seeker. The second site, Wisconsinjobcenter , has many helpful information on topics such as career planning, step-by-step instructions for writing a resume, job training information, tips on how to avoid employment scams, and schedules for area job fairs. But access to all information on this website requires registration, which consists a questionnaire of nine question as well as the social security number of any potential registrant. But it lacks the most important aspect, which is the availability of positions. Overall, this site fell short of its goal in assisting individuals in finding an employment.
