“A STUDY ON CUSTOMER ATTITUDE TOWARDS TVS BIKES & MOPED”

Problem Identification:-

I have conducted the research study at “Patel TVS Pvt Ltd”. It is authorized dealer of TVS. Now, Patel TVS wants to know the consumer attitude towards TVS bikes with the respect of the customers’ preference and expectation & to know the improvement undertaken by TVS.

Objective of the study:-

a. To know what customers really think about TVS bikes.
b. To know customer attitude on respect of TVS bikes.
c. To understand the customers closely, & for further improvement. d. To determine customers behavior, habits, attitudes towards TVS bikes. e. To know the reason behind such available customers attitudes for TVS bikes. f. To make possible improvement which we use as promoting activities.

Scope of the study:-

In today world we have to make each and every step with full care because competition hit the market at anytime. So, for future growth and surviving in competition. This study is useful to company. The company of TVS automobile will come to know that either attitude of customers for TVS bikes is positive or negative reason behind that attitude. * Company can find reason of customer’s attitude through this study & find weaknesses. * Company can improve the market share by converting negative attitude into positive.

Hypothesis Testing
H0 = customer attitude towards TVS is positive.
H1 = customer attitude towards TVS is negative.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY:-
