Issues

In order to suggest a direction for the company to pursue, we have analyzed two different aspects of TTTech – its external and internal environment and the management of the company. To understand the first issue better, we have made an SWOT-analysis and for the second issue research articles will be used as source of information and a product life cycle-model will be used as analytic tool. The SWOT-analysis will help us to get an overview over TTTech’s internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) influencing factors. The life cycle will help us to determine in which phase of its development TTTech is. Out of that, we have worked with research theories on what to do for a company in a certain maturity stage.
