The Philippines is the 12th most populated country in the world. In 1990 the Philippine population was more than 66 million, up from 48 million in 1980. This figure represents an annual growth rate of 2.5 percent, down from 2.6 percent in 1980 and from more than 3 percent in the 1960s. In 2010, the most populous region in the Philippines is the Region IV-A Calabarzon with a population of 12,609,803. The rapid population growth has required the Philippines to double the amount of shelter, food and health facilities every twenty nine years to maintain a constant level.
II. Current Situation
As of November 2, 2013 at 7:50 pm, the estimated population of the Philippines is 98, 605,998 based on the 1.98 population percent change. The figure said is based according to the estimate of the Commission on Population (POPCOM) of the Philippines and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), a US Government agency responsible for providing national security intelligence to senior US policymakers. Being aware of the total number of unregistered children or people in the Philippines, especially those who are living on the very remote areas in the Philippines, the estimated figure might be lower than the real total number of population of the Philippines.

Rationale
Students find circular function a difficult topic. Trigo Bingo Ta Bay is a recreational mathematics which addresses the needs of the students in terms of determining the coordinates of the special angles and the quadrantal angles which is then the basic in the study of circular function. It entailscooperation and group learning while playing.
