Travelocity has a code of ethics called "Business Ethics Policy". The company's code of ethics meets the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange's corporate governance which lists standards for a code of business conduct and ethics; the company also meets the requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission for a code of ethics that applies to financial officers. Travelocity's Business Ethics Policy applies to the company's directors, officers, employees and contractors around the world.
