Introduction
One of the first challenges to study leadership was the trait approach. Personality, motives, values, and skills are attribution of the trait approach. The trait approach of leadership is based on the personality of many leaders successful or unsuccessful and is widely used to forecast leadership efficiency. To select the right people will raise effectiveness for organization. Description

Researchers started to study what made certain people great leaders in the early 20th century. Researchers concentrated on identifying, “great man,” the inborn traits and personality possessed by the great social, political, and military leaders. Scholars focused on determining the specific trait that people are born with however, in the late 20th century, successful leaders have been identified by traits that are effectively seen as preconditions that provide people with leadership potential. From the long-term research, researchers have identified five central leadership traits: Intelligence, Integrity, Self-confidence, Sociability, and Determination. These five major traits indicated to effective leadership. Leaders can improve those elements. On the continual research over the past 25 years, the relationship between personality traits and leadership has merged to The Big Five Personality Factors: Neuroticism, Extroversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness (Management StudyGuide.Com, 2013). Natural pleasing theory fits clearly into the popular idea that leaders are special people who are out front, and create better society.
