Abstract
Disaster recovery is an important part of every business. Whether man made or natural disasters, they will eventually happen to every company in the world. Individuals are always finding ways to get around encryptions, firewalls, and other means of blocking intrusion just to destroy a company's databases and network's. On the other hand, there are many unpredictable things that can create a disaster for any company including but not limited to fire, flood, tornados, viruses, theft and corruption. Disaster recovery is the subset of business continuity. The disaster recovery is the process, policies and procedures that a company should follow to maintain their business continuation of technology infrastructure critical to an organization after the disaster occurred due to nature or human induced disaster. The Toyota Group is best known today is for cars. Toyota is world’s largest automaker by sales. Toyota primarily conducts business in the automotive industry but in the finance and other industries as well. The company’s primary markets for its automobiles are Japan, North America, Europe and Asia. So, it is very much important that the Toyota Company should maintain their Business Continuity. Toyota had hard because it makes production of auto mobiles and distribution of auto parts. Toyota taken recovers plans that can resist against disaster. Recently Toyota announced that its profit gained 75 percent due to the Japan Earthquake. They have decided not to take any risk and taken supply chain method in their production with good support and correct planning, security experts, and simple backup generator.

Toyota commenced in 1933 as the automobile division of Toyota Industries Corporation. Toyota became a separate company in 1937. The Toyota Group is best known today is for cars. Toyota is world’s largest automaker by sales. Toyota primarily conducts business in the automotive industry but in the finance and other industries as well. Toyota sells its vehicle in more than 170 countries and regions. The company’s primary markets for its automobiles are Japan, North America, Europe and Asia. So, it is very much important that the Toyota Company should maintain their Business Continuity. In today's world, it makes more sense to think about making a company more prepared strategically. Usually that means creating a robust organization and developing a competent employee workforce that can meet any challenge. So, the terrorist attack of September 11th caused many mangers to review and rethink about their business continuity plan. The Toyota Company has taken mature steps to overcome disasters that includes reviews and updates in its plan. Recently Toyota announced that its profit gained 75 percent due to the Japan Earthquake. They have decided not to take any risk and taken supply chain method in their production with good support and correct planning, security experts, and simple backup...
