Introduction

Tourism, which is called Tourism Industry on the international, it is an integrated industry which is related with the tourism resources and facilities, exclusively or mainly engaged in soliciting and receiving tourists, providing transportation, sightseeing, accommodation, catering, shopping and entertainment these six links . This also called smokeless industry and invisible trade. “Tourism is a process. A Discovery”. Tourism is composed of three parts: tourism, transportation industry and the lodging industry represented by hotels. They are the three pillars of tourism industry.

As we all known, tourism include two parts: the special tourism and the general tourism. Special tourism is an industry which among the tourists and traffic, accommodation and other related units, through transaction the tourist visa, intermediate contact, act as purchasing agency sell goods on a commission basis, for the tourists guide, negotiate, procedures, and by taking advantage of the transportation of the enterprises, accommodation, equipment to provide services for tourists, then get the paid from industry. In China, the special tourism also refers to the travel agencies, tourist hotels, tourism transport company and specialized in tourism commodity business tourism business, etc. However, General tourism, besides specializing in tourism business department, also includes many sorts of the industry which related to tourism.
