Best-man’s speech---
Hi, good morning everybody. For those of you who don't know me, I am ____, brother and best-man of the groom ____.
I want to start off by saying, there is a point of life when you experience the miracle of love. He experienced this love 25 years ago when he saw me for the first time (joke laugh for 5 sec. or, more)
Jokes aside, I've been lucky enough to watch ____& ____'s relationship grow from the beginning. ___ has always been an amazing person but he is even more amazing when ___ is around. Both of them are Incredible couple and also incredible individuals.
I still remember the day in high school when ___ acted all smart for getting an A+ in history and made ___ jealous for getting a lower grade. So she did what needed to be done: she opened up her pencil case used whatever she could find as a weapon. What a nerdy way of starting a relationship? (laugh)
Funny, they never knew what was next. The next day ___ felt sorry for him and merged into principal's office to accept her mistakes and apologize to ___. It was very surprising for ____, how a girl like her has a heart. Anyhow, they both started their journey of love from that day on. Today, after 15 years, I can say how proud I am to have a brother like ___ and a sister-in-law like ____. ( gentle smile)
They both faced hardships, went through a lot of ups and downs but nothing ever separated them from supporting and appreciating each other. They held each other even more close when their times were tough. ( pause) Sometimes as friends and sometimes as another parents figure.(joke laugh)
3 years back I saw my brother’s jolly face. He had the exact same twinkle from high school(joke laugh). I asked him about the reason behind his happiness - “ He said it’s __”. They started dating.(pause)
From that moment on, I knew, ___ is the girl who is going to be around for a long time.
Today, they have proved how strong their bond is by promising to stand by each other for the rest of their lives.
