I based my poster on friendship. The book tomorrow when the war began by John Marsden has many types of friendships in this book.
On my poster I put many quotes that appealed to the book such as; a friend is one who walks in when others walk out, Most people walk in and out of you life. But only friends leave footprints in your heart, a friend is the one who comes in when the whole world has gone out, if you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred minus one day so I never have to live without you, Promise me you'll always remember: You're braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think, these appeal to the book because it is all about friends ship and how everyone has left you and you have no one but your friends to protect you.
In the book they had many types of friendships they had really close friendships and they starting forming into relationships other friendships were not as strong but they didn’t show it because they all had to work together as a team like when Ellie drives a truck which has a shovel on the front (which they put Lee into), but by this stage they are being chased by soldiers in vehicles. They manage to lose them and head out to another rural property to swap cars. This is a sign of friendship because lee had been shot in the leg but they still went into town and risked there life just to save him and they could have died but they didn’t care all they cared about was getting lee out of there.
