Atticus enjoys spending time with his kids, he enjoys reading to them and playing with them. Atticus preaches equality, and wants everyone to be treated the same weather they are black or white. Atticus has a good reputation in Maycomb County.
Bob Ewell on the other hand, He has no job, and gets his money off county cheques. None of
That money the kids ever see because Bob then goes and buys alcohol with it, leave them for 2 days and gets drunk. Bob does not pay much if any attention to his kids. He also thinks that African American people should be lower than white people, and not treated like a normal person. Bob has a bad reputation in Maycomb County.
To sum this up, Bob Ewell is a scummy person who treats African American people poorly, while Atticus treats everyone fairly and as a person. Bob treats his kids badly while Atticus treats his kids like he should. Atticus has a good reputation in the town, and bob with a very poor reputation.
