Press Hrly Rate: $250 to $300 First the material calculation:
5.625” + .75 (.375” both sides) = 6.375 across the web
5.625” + .125” gap = 5.75 around the plate roll
So - 6.375” X 5.75” = 36.66 sq. inches per label no waste
Times 20% waste = 7.33 sq. inches or total of 43.99” @ $.55 per MSI = $.0242 per label
Times 30% waste = 10.57 or a total of 45.79 @ $.60 per MSI = $.0286 per Label
Summary – Between $24.20 to $28.60 per 1,000 labels in material cost.
