Thir- 1. Assume you were the senior vice president of operation. Exactly what would you do in this situation regarding the conflict between Joe and Charles?

As a senior vice president operation, there is several steps can be taken by the company. Firstly, in any associations when a new worker has been selected in one of our highest position we will send them to our workshop for 1 month training. He/she will be exposing to our company environment and job scope. There will be an ice breaking session that will help the new stuff to be more understanding about the other position, how to make a relation and how to communicate better relation among the staff. Lastly, our company will provide meeting among the employees to introduce the new staff to our employees. By this step taken in our company, hopefully we will provide our new employees some knowledge and understanding of our company rules and tradition that will help to make a better relation and strong commitment.

2. Why would you take this action, what are your primary objectives by intervening in this way?

The main objective we take this action is to get both sides of the story and bring them to work normally together. After this conjecture this two person can work together and build a future and both of the legacy. In this case, those step mentioned above need to be implemented for assuring stabilizing in the company. We have to do this step to respect our current and old employees. This step taken also can make the personal and business problem to be balanced and also will maintain our productivity to be success.
